Here’s what we offer in our Annual or Semi-Annual Comfort Maintenance Agreement or (CMA):
- Clean condensate pans and drains
- Inspect and check condition of evaporator coil
- Sanitize Air Handler Cabinet
- Inspect and test safety switches
- Inspect for refrigerant leaks on all exposed piping
- Inspect all capacitors
- Test/Inspect contacts for burned pitted contacts
- Check sub-cool/superheat to ensure proper refrigerant charge
- Inspect and adjust all temperature controls as necessary
- Inspect and check condenser coil (clean if necessary)
- Inspect fan blade
- Lubricate all moving parts as necessary
- Inspect all electrical connections and components
- Clean or replace 1” Filter (If provided by customer)
- Check volts and amp draw on all motors
- Monitor compressor for proper amp draw, voltage and wiring connections
- Inspect service disconnect wiring
